I don't tell people they should cancel at all. I just have a feeling people don't realise that they need to rent a dvd and if its possible for it to go green if they don't. I had someone sign up and they cancelled and that offer got revoked and that was after the one I have thats pending, yet I've had others go green since then, so just a little curious

If I come across any wording mentioning offer cancellation when I'm verifying accounts now, the account will be placed on hold so I'd remove any mention of cancellation from any websites etc that you have guys. Accounts will normally be reinstated once the wording has been removed, but this will cause delays with verifications because you will need to re-verify again.

The LF trial is no longer available anyway so it would be better to remove mention of this offer completely.

For any existing free trial offers we have available, we are happy for people to use the phrase "no-obligation" free trial - this makes it clear what their options are without sounding like you are recommending a course of action.

It often is unintentional, and that is why it is rarely something that would put an account permanently on hold for. We have to ensure quality leads to our advertisers though, so I am having to tighten up on this kind of thing.

Sorry but we have no idea when the reports are coming ourselves so we don't know the answer to that.
