| I have lost one in the last two weeks!! I think if they sign up & complete an offer & decide then they want to close there account, we should still get the credit... Its should come up with something like "Offer completed but account closed" Otherwise its abit unfair to us & the freebiesite. Tippy

| they can't tell you about the peoples accounts who have disappeared either so a support ticket wouldn't help. we are just venting a little frustration here that is all

| I lost 2 last week and it's annoying, especially if they have paid and went green. I do wonder though if Lovefilm have something in their terms and conditions that members have so many days to cancel their account if they so wish and get refunded? If that's the case FJ and Kudos wont get paid either. Looking at all the lost greens in this thread makes me wonder whether people are signing up and thinking its the old "free trial" and then cancelling their account once they realise it's not

| I am not sure it is Lovefilm though because I have only ever had one LF pending since the change and it is still pending. Looking at my refs I believe it was a Intuit or Homestead one but cannot be 100% certain
