With regards to missing greens, I think I've had one or two go missing. Can't remember when or what offers they were so I'm not much use!

The problem with that although I agree with what your saying, is FJ wouldn't get paid in the long run. Their business plan is worked out on averages in laymen terms and if they paid us for everyone who decided to close their accounts it wouldn't make good business.
FJ would no longer see any further greens from that account since it's closed.

Thanks Harvez. The other issue is that if an account is closed, it has not been verified and we have no way of verifying it after closure because the account details are removed from our database.

One thing I would recommend is for those of you who email your referrals, please try to limit the number of emails you send out, and filter out those who have gone green if possible. The reason I say this is that I've noticed some of the account closure requests ask us "not to contact me again." We don't contact our customers, so I can only assume they have been contacted by their referrer... it may make no difference but every little helps.
