Suggestion - Check box

I am about to write an email to email all my reds but I am scared that I will email the same person twice (When I send another email out)

Is there anyway to add a little tickbox next to each referral that I can just click which will let me know that I have already sent them an email and/or entered them into the Cash competition?

I don't know alot about coding, but I don't think this is too hard... If it is... no worries.

Thanks,
Andy

Why dont you export your list of reds, and then google around for a script that will email the list from within excel, you add your own check box in there.

The problem is with doing it on the site, how does the site know you've actually sent an email, just because you've clicked on the email address does'nt mean you have sent an email, it may have been a mistake, then it will get ticked and all sorts of confusion happens, (I've heard it can even interfere with the time/space continuum!!)
