I thought it was one account per IP (on the same site) hence why family members living at the same address couldn't sign up for you. But what you just said Alex makes it sound like this isn't the case.

Family members at the same address can't sign up for you because we only allow one account per household.

So someone can sign up using your IP but if they live at a different address it's OK.

(e). Any accounts which share the same IP address will be permanently unlinked from any other accounts at the same IP and no user shall ever receive credit for any offers completed by these accounts.

Doesn't this mean you cannot sign up under someone/on the same sub-site from the same IP...

As a general point, if someone contacts us and says their friend signed up using their computer and they were worried their account will be placed on hold because of it, we are 100% likely to advise them to tell their friend to delete their account to avoid any problems at verification. I doubt we would even check to see if they had a referral account at the same IP.

Someone posted above and said if the account is not linked to the referrer's account then the accounts wouldn't be placed on hold. This is true, unless it is clear to us that the same person created the accounts (if it looks like a duplicate account, both accounts would be placed on hold irrespective of whether they were linked to each other).

so unless 'she' had signed up under the OPs account this has all been a pointless thread (as if this was the case they could work out which one it was!), unless:

a) the second part of that applies, or b) the support ticket reply wasn't 100% clear on the above point and the OP has taken it to literally!!
