How Long is the verify process???

Hi i click on Verify button on 18/09/2010 but at the moment i have not refresh of the status....so i want know: How Long is The Verify Process??

Last i heard it was 10-14 days.

Alex is doing her level best to catch up with all the verifications. It's taking longer than usual.

bit longer than usual due to Internet problems but alex and richard are on the case and are chasing the backlog up..

alex actually created a post about the delay yesterday and shes having problems with her internet provider... once BT sort out the problem on their end, alex will then be able to sort out the delay its caused over at freebiejeebies.

The internet is working fine as of earlier today, according to a post by Alex, so hopefully Verification shouldn't be too much of a wait for you now =]

Yeah I have noticed this problem. I have been awaiting 'Verification' for over a week now. Hopefully I will get my iPod Shuffle soon

patience grasshopper..... you used to have to wait a month to verify!! Then 2 weeks to recieve your gift!

Although I am resisting verifying until its back to normal!! lol

Poor Rich! He also had to send off a load of untracked offer details last night, there's just not enough hours in the day

Orders were done up to date at the weekend so no-one should have been waiting long (I think yours that I did yesterday had been missed Neil - sorry). If anyone has been processing longer than that, it's likely it was a non-cash order we've been unable to order due to stock.
