| Lovefilm are certainly not going to scam anyone out of their free trial pendings - they will be approved or rejected in the same way as they always were  |

| I've got 2 lovefilms that have been pending a while, but there hasn't been an update in a few weeks. I think the least they could do is do a major update including all free trial pendings to get them out of the way so they, and us, can get on with the new stuff!

| The pendings from June and prior are almost definitely our fault and not Lovefilm's. These will be ones that we have had an update for but our autocreditors have missed (due to the volume of offers, our autocreditors could only handle 4-6 weeks worth of data). I will be running manual reports for all the completeds/revokeds for June and prior later today (just trying to catch up with a few verifs first). I will warn you that the bulk of them are likely to be revokes though. Sorry to those waiting on pendings, I hadn't realised there were so many old ones that hadn't picked up. |
