Change basket once 'verified'?

Hi,
I verified my basket yesterday. But I have changed the content of my basket as I had a change of mind with the gift I wanted.
Should I inform Freebie Jeebies I have done this and would like to change my item or will it be done automatically?

Best shove it in a support ticket as they may be nearly ready to order it (although if it was just yesterady you've got some time left... I verified last Friday and still waiting!)
