Backlog?

I was just wondering how long the verification backlog is/was.

Not a grumble (I forgot when I pressed verify!!)

well we pressed verify on the 27th august and got verified the beginning of last week (i think) was hoping that both bank transfer and custom order would have been ordered this weekend but nothing..... so im kinda hoping that it will be done sometime this week...

again, not complaining either as both alex and richard do a great job and both have alot of verifying and ordering to do... but i think this is the longest ive waited in the 2 1/2 years weve been members

I was told on Sunday 5th by Alex that verifications were taking about 9 days. I clicked on the 5th so hoping to be verified soon.

I also clicked verify on 2 other accounts today too so hoping the backlog begins to clear a little.

Really hope this gets sorted soon with new staff training etc, cos the xmas season is coming and its going to get real busy real quick.

I just have a funny feeling about the past month with freebiejeebies coming to a slow crawl compared to last month (in general) which seemed like everyone was on speed now it feels like we are just swamped with orders left right and center haha

no they're really not :S I'm not sure why you have that perception, perhaps one or two days longer for verif but aside from that everything is normal
