 | i think this is the longest we have waited for an order... and somehow support tickets are not getting through to either your side of things or ours.. which doesnt seem to help the process either.. will try and send another support ticket in now to you as we replied to your ticket on saturday and then sunday and again today with no reply.. hopefully you'll get this one

 | can you post the ticket id please? as i said if we're not getting your responses i'm not entirely sure why but you should be able to view the ticket with all replies on. Support was up to date as of 8pmish last night.

 | One thing to remember though is if you reply to a ticket before fj do then your ticket goes to the back of the queue as they see them in order of longest waiting without any activity.
