Email support

Hey,

I submitted a ticket earlier and i got an email saying i had a response, email was empty, so i thought fair enough i'll just look it up manually.

It comes up with nothing and says its invalid, i have used right email and right code.

I also tryed signing upto the support desk to see if that made a diffrence, they sent me a confrimation email but that was also blank.

I have added them to my contacts, so i have no idea what's going on.

Can anyone help?

Could you PM me the long mail headers for both blank emails received please?
