Emailing support during down time


Did you have to use your freebie jeebies email when you emailed support during the system down time. I just realised I used my home email not the gmail email I'm registered on FJ with.

I did include the fj site and my referral ID in the email though so will it be trackable? Or should I just create a support ticket now the system is back online?

We should be able to deal with your query because you have included the site/ref ID. The only reason we wouldn't be able to do a full reply is if we were in doubt as to your identity or if you were submitting bank details, change of address, or something else similar where we need to be sure it is genuinely the account holder we are dealing with.

Are you still catching up on email sent to the support address. I sent the email late on Friday but haven't received a response.

(asking because it seems unusual to wait so long)

I think FJ are ignoring me. Or emails received after 11pm are going missing.

Will be 48 hours come 11pm this evening since I raised a ticket through the support system after my initial email was lost

Should I try again (trying not to pester support as I know how annoying it is)?
