got another red, but there is a problem

today I have checked the status, and I found that another one signed up under my link, but the problem is that when I have rolled the mouse over the ref id and it says that referral url is untrack. will this problem relate to verifying the account.

Nope, that's not a problem.

The referring URL is just to give you an indication of where your referral found your referral link, for example your website. Not tracked generally indicates that the URL was typed directly, but that's not always the case.

Most of my sign ups are untracked lol, I dunno where they come from!
