No credit card?

I have heard that u don't have to use a credit card or paypal to finish a offer, instead u can get 3 referals but I still don't get it. (what do I get the referalls for?) if someone can give me the details that would be very helpfull.

If you can't complete an offer because you don't have credit card, you can refer 3 referrals to do the offer for you. those 3 referrals make up for offer completion. let's say that the company tha you complete the offer from pays to freebiejeebies 60 pounds, and if you can't can complete an offer, get 3 referrals to do that. each referral 20 pounds, so 3 times 20 is 60. so that's how it works.
