Are you sure?! I'm still getting problems. I tried submitting a ticket through ps3.freebiejeebies and when I submit it, it says ticket has been created but it's just my previous ticket!

I did manage to get one sent through general but the email confirmation was blank!

Yep I'm almost certain everything is working, except the odd cases of blank emails.
Was it a Hotmail address that you got the blank email on?

Yeah I've been getting that on hotmail.

When I viewed it on my iPhone, same hotmail address it showed loads of code.

OK all Hotmail email issues should now be fixed.
Please post here if you receive any more dodgy emails after the timestamp of this post.

(The Hotmail thing was a known issue with the support software, they just hadn't publicly released the patch yet.)
