Its not hard to get referrals all you have to do is take the basic methods (make flyers, seo, and such) and just tweak it

1. I personally prefer .co.uk or .com domains.

2. That is a tool to see where your traffic is coming from and it analyses your traffic, it doesn't increase your traffic.

You do SEO yourself, you don't get someone else to do it. Just Google it and read about it.
