A Little Question

So I'm Working on my website, and I am wondering if i should do a youtube video and put it up on my website or should i just have a description of how it works? ill pretty much say the same thing in either, Just a summary of how the whole thing works and how you get your item and all that.
Just let me know if you think a video or just a description would be better

Oh and if anyone has a summary they are willing to let me base my ideas off of that would be beautiful, thanks alot guys

I would personally go with description but you can always add both like a few others have, guess it wont harm.

I would personally suggest a text description first. Search Engines will not pick up on audio dialogue, but they will pick up (to an extent) on keywords in a block of text.

There is no harm in doing a video too, but don't sacrifice text over audio/video.
