| I know it's easy for us to sit here and say "be patient" but it really is the only option. they haven't forgotten about you and will get round to you probably very soon If it helps, I was verified after about 7-8 days, was then processing about 3 days and my latest item has been shipped and probably with me tomorrow. If you have to have these items before school starts in 2 weeks time, you should get them with plenty of time to spare if the items are in stock.

| They run a network... why do you think?! Alex is pregnant, Rich will be replying to all the support tickets saying "where's my gift?" and they'll both be busy with general running of the sites, contacting advertisers, designing new bits and pieces etc etc etc!
