| how come he can get a ps3 for 11 refs but on gifts its 13? |

 | Because on the PS3 site you can only get your gifts once you have 11 refs. On gifts you can cash out after only receiving two referrals. This means that a higher ratio of people will stop referring before they receive their gifts. |

 | Because the minimum pay out is higher and it's a product sepcific fj site, therefore they can afford to pay higher per referral.
