Referrals are red.....converting to green ?

So, I've had a few people sign up, though only one has gone green. How long does it take for your refs to go green and what is your ratio of sign ups to greens ?

Should I be worried or should I just wait patiently ?

And say, if some user had done an offer, does it change to yellow ? or does it take a while after he/she did the deal for it to turn yellow ?

I'd say around 10% of sign-ups go green and if a red hasn't gone green or pending within 1-2 weeks then the possibility that they will go green is very slim.

I'd like to know when exactly the status changes to "pending"...when they have just completed an offer and waiting for it to be approved or does it take some time after completing the offer ?

Only a few go pending, such as LoveFilm and Santander, the offers that take more than a few days to go green. It usually goes pending when they sign up to these offers.

Like chapperzUK said, if they don't go green within 2 weeks then it is unlikely they will. There is an email option integrated into freebiejeebies that allows you to email the people that have signed under you. This is useful to send them a guide or something that MAY convince them to join but i wouldn't recommend sending them more than one email as this will be seen as spam and they will never consider it.

when i signed up to fj it took me a month to complete an offer so i'd suggest to wait a little bit e.g maybe in some cases months

Yes it does work, visit the 'I got My Free Item!' section for prizes and testimonials people have got from freebiejeebies and other related freebie sites like Kudos ect.

Most people think free means they have to pay nothing and do nothing but life isn't like that. when they sign up they will either think "yea its a scam...i need to do somthing for it" or will think "29 referrals for an iPhone 4, hmm thats not bad i might try it".

Best thing is what ryan1087 says and send one email and maybe send one more after so long (3 week, 4 week whatever) but as long as you are getting people signing up then just be patient.
