 | Got a referral, now it's gone!I'm using GetRef.com to get referrals. I got 1 referral today! But realised the person had created 2 accounts! Oh no! I asked him why he created 2 accounts, he said that one of them was for testing the site before he made his new "real" account. I told him that your only allowed 1 account on the site and to cancel the one he did not do an offer on, I explained how to create a support ticket etc. Because both accounts would go on hold regardless of if offers were completed on them? But in the support ticket he must have put the wrong email down! The one he did the offer on got canceled! He canceled the wrong one. What shall I do? He admits he made a mistake, if I contact the support myself and tell them the situation and the email address of his account he mistakenly deleted could they recover it?  | your problem is using getref to start with, unregulated and more often than not you get scammed. as for your ref being cancelled cant see what they can do really once its cancelled that's it.

| That happened to me as well today, was quite puzzled when my pendings decreased but guess these things happen! Oh well only 20 refs to go until I get my paws on an iPad! Not bad for 3 weeks work and a freebie already on it's way  |

| Yeah sometimes this happens, I now search for my pendings on facebook to see what chances I have in them going green. Just found out that one of my pendings is a young lad, i'm guessing around 12/13 but he's gone to pending, more than likely that will revoke then

| I've had a few Lovefilms revoke recently too. I guess I shouldn't let this 1 referral issue bother me, these things happen. Might try contacting FJ support but doubt they will be able to correct the problem. Last edited by ken1; 15-07-10 at 09:15 PM.. |

| If a user has deleted their account we cannot reinstate it as it has been totally deleted from our system unfortunately.

| I am getting referrals too via Referralbank. When I signed up I got the impression that referrals would come quick and in a few days. Well one week later I only have 12 and they are all red and I think one signed up with a fake email address(their don't exist according to the mailer daemon email). Was also told when I signed up that my number is never removed from the system. Now am told it will be removed when I receive 75 referrals and it isn't their problem if none of them complete an offer. Back to square one. How come this works for everybody else but not for me? |

 | Sites like those don't work for anyone trying to get referrals, it required hard work to get greens, you can't expect to get loads of greens by doing the minimum amount of work |
