Jaxx offer

I am signed up to a number of FJ sites and only one I havent completed an offer on yet is the apple.fj site. I selected the Jaxx offer as it looks a good one but when I try to sign up I get the following error message:

Anyone else had the same issues?

Missed editing time limit but also I was trying to recover my FJ support password but it wont work :/ I deposited £20 in Ladbrokes yesterday and now have £74 in there thanks to various bets on the Holland match last night - guess that hasnt been tracked or credited either :/
