About FJ ToS.

I have read 2-3 times their ToS and i find something that puzzle me.

(i). A user may not "walk" a referral through the creation of an account or any of the offers on our sites. All users must sign up for their individual account themselves and are responsible for completing the offer process themselves. If a user is found to have "walked" a referral through the signup and/or offer process, all accounts affected will be placed on hold.

1. What this exactly means? I've seen several web sites where they "walkthrough" you through the signup and even offer process. Can someone elaborate this for me.

2. And if some of my referrals is cheating, does it mean that my account will get on hold.

3. If i click on a offer and register. Example: Little Bid Tasty
And after i clean all my cookies, and complete it. Will i be green referral or will i have completed the offer?
4. What browser you prefer?
5. Some tips there to do the offer correctly?

6. How their site really works? Example: If 25 referrals of mine complete the Little Bid Tasty offer, that cost only £10, that equals £250. The new iphone cost much more to be bought. There is no profit there for them? Is there? Am i missing something?

7. Is that the reason why they implement that ToS rule?

I know i might asking lots of questions. But better ask, than qq later.
I've tried to look for the answers with the search button. But i did not get the information i desired. So i sum up all my questions here.

Thanks to everyone in advance to take time to answer them.

Best regards.
Eqqu

1) If you tell them exactly what to do then that is a "walkthrough", but if you tell them what is requirement.

2) If a certain number of your referrals are put on hold then the Freebie site will get suspicious.

3) A green referral is someone who has completed an offer.

4) Firefox or IE

5) Just read the offer fully and read this forum on discussions.

6) Little Bid Tasty and others are relying on you to make further payments than the original £10.

7) Not sure what your asking here TBH.

Fair enough, I see why you want another opinion, its just that I meant that I got information from what the majority of people have said on here.

Not going to answer number 1 as I think it's very vague and I don't want you take my opinions as gospel just because of my associations with FJ. However;

2. If there's no link between you and your referrals (other than the fact that they signed up under you), then you won't be put on hold. But if it's found out that you assisted them in the fraud in any way, then chances are that both accounts will go on hold.

3. Cleaning cookies before completing an offer can be a good idea, as it reduces the chances of it failing to track. It's not a requirement. Clearing your cookies after completing the offer will have no affect on credits whatsoever.

4. Mozilla Firefox

5. Complete the requirements and don't try to cheat the system by cancelling early or something. You'll always get caught.

6. Affiliate networks pay affiliates like FJ a lot more than the end user actually pays. I'm not going to reveal exact figures, but the average is ~£20 per offer completion. LBT is slightly different in that FJ owns LBT so noone's actually paying for those offer completions, they're just creating more LBT customers as well as maintaining FJ popularity. Win win situation!

7. Not exactly sure why the "walkthrough" rule exists to be honest.

I think it's cause of people telling their referrals to erm, "end trials" and telling them when and how to do this. This is bad for FreebieJeebies as their relationship with the Offer companies won't remain strong if FJ can't give a high number of genuine traffic/customers to the Offer Companies sites (people who stay on with the company - even after the trial period). A walkthrough might end up bringing that number of people down so the offer company might decide to leave.

The walk through rules are there to prevent people from being physically present when their referrals create an account with us or complete an offer.

If you are physically present when a referral creates their account, it can make the referral account look like it was actually created by you and this can cause both accounts to be placed on hold (this isn't just an IP address issue).

We also want customers to make their own decision about which offer to complete (there is no problem with you making recommendation to referrals).

Online written guides are fine, as the referral will still sign up and complete an offer of their choice and without any risk of the accounts appearing to be duplicate accounts.

Thanks for clearing that up Alex.
I've got a question for you Alex. I live in Macedonia. Do you have any members from here that received an item? Example Ipad, iphone, ipod?
I researched the few of the best Macedonian forums and i did not found any topics or threads about FJ and i did not found any proofs, or any members.

Best regards,
Alex

This has been discussed above. Know members here come from the country you do as far as I know. That doesn't mean you cannot get your gift or money.

You ARE allowed to tell your friends to sign up and also family as long as they don't live in the same house as you, or each other.

There are many ways to try and get "random" sign ups, your job is to try and find those methods and make it work for you like it does for others.

no offence but you do seem to be looking for negatives.

Chigley: About question 3. What if i register under a offer and did not complete it, and after that i clean my cookies. Next day i finish the offer. Will the offer be completed?

Or if anyone could clear this i would be thankful.

As do most of the people who we try to get to sign up, at least if you know all the negatives you can respond with a positive rather than an #I don't know#

Depends on how you "finish the offer" - if you go back onto FJ and follow the offer link, and start again from scratch, it should track. However if you just go back to the offer site (eg. lovefilm.com or whatever) then it won't track.
