| iPod 60gb | But I thought the problem was that when you click a link on the .tk page, it uses a frame redirect to show you the website while keeping the existing url? |

| iPod 60gb | I don't see how bit.ly would solve that though...? Is he looking for a domain for his website, or a domain to point through to his ref link? I'm confused now, haha! |

| Currently: Moderating! | Not sure what he's looking for but the differences are as follows: .TK will hide your destination ref link to FJ or your site. If it's to FJ then it's against their rules. It doesn't do a normal redirect as it continues to hide the URL. Bit.ly or anything else similar will redirect but the URL will change to the actual destination websites URL, which is allowed. So if you clicked a .tk link which was used to shorten a ref link then you would still see "blah.tk". But if you clicked a bit.ly link which was used to shorten a ref link then you would then see "site.fj/123"

| iPod 60gb | I didn't think he was using the .tk to forward though, I thought he was using it as his actual website address... |

| blah blah blah | I did this before and when people clicked the links on my website to sign up, it was still masking the ref link, of which I was unaware off at the time.

| iPod 60gb | Oh I see. As long as they made sure to set the target of the link correctly it should be ok. |
