Hello,

One of my referrals has, "This user is on hold" next to his name. What does this mean and how do I fix it. This user originally came up as "Little Bid Tasty Offer Completed", How can someone complete this offer fraudulantly, or incorrectly?

Hi if fj need more info from that person they may put their account on hold, or unless they have broken the rules, did the person use your ip address when signing up or your credit card, if not get them to send in a support ticket asking why they are on hold, good luck!

Yea that means they've either done it wrong, signed up twice or been fraudulant.

You can email them to let them know and they'll have to submit a ticket asking why and they may get taken off hold if they can rectify it.

Ron10 will become famous soon enough
It means that they have broken FJ T&C's somehow, all you can do is email them and ask them to send a support ticket in asking why they are on hold but the chances are they know they've broken the rules so won't bother.

No, he didn't sign up from my IP or using my credit card. Its slightly odd considering FreebieJeebies owns LBT, it must mean that he has done something fraudulant.
This is really dissapointing as I had 3 referrals, perfect for getting my gift
