Is a user allowed to be generous and give another a free green through pm's or is a user allowed to give another user their email in order to get a free green?

Of course, I don't see how giving someone a free green out of generosity can be against the rules.

Unless you mean to transfer an existing green from one account to another of course, then I doubt you could do it.
