![]() | Sign up issuesHi I don't know why but recently I sent out a e-mail to all the recent reds on my status, and i have had a fair few of e-mails back from new sign ups saying they have signed up to the lovefilm offer. but nothing seems to be showing on my status page. I could understand a couple going astray but this week alone I have had around 8 that have not gone pending. A couple of them have even said they have received there dvds and returned them. Has anyone else had this or am I just have a spell of bad luck? |

![]() | have you checked with them that they didnt go straight to lovefilm after signing up and they actualy clicked the lovefilm offer on the offers page? sounds stupid, but some people do that... |

| Looking for a new job!! | Have you asked if they changed the promo code to get a longer trial or extra discs. If they change the promo code it won't count.

![]() | Hi They all said that they have signed up direct from the offers page and not changed anything. I have raised a ticket with freebies support and all they have said is that the accounts have not done an offer and that the new sign up should contact them direct as they cannot discuss the accounts with me. Which I totally understand this but this is raising issues with the new sign ups as they obviously think they have done everything right and being new don't understand why they need to contact fj support. I have told them that unless the lovefilm offer is tracked properly they wont get a complete. And that is generally the last I hear back from them apart from a couple. So somewhere along the line I am losing. Thanks for the sig info, will try and sort it. |
