hey, i have referrals on freebie jeebies but their status comes up as incomplete because each of them have not completed an offer can i get some advice on how to convince them to complete the offers??

You could try telling them its free, and really stress this point. Or you can tell them they won't scam their bank details as this is a worry for a lot of people. You can also tell them lovefilms is a trusted site as it is on tv etc. I don't know if any of this helps but its all I can think of for now!

Hi I agree with Chris T, one other thing is that you could also mention that lovefilm is owned by VirginMedia. This is normally a good way of convincing them it is a legit site.

thanks for your suggestions man. but love film is not available to me because of where i am on the map um i spose if a payment is involved i could just say you only have to do it once haha

I wouldn't put it like that though as it will have the opposite effect. Try telling them that lovefilm is the most popular offer available and ask if they've seen it advertised on TV, also put a link to exceem's 'I Got My Gift' section
