im willing to pay people for referrals

getref.com cant really help if there so many scammers on there, i signed up for two programs and wasnt givnning credits to use , im willing to pay 5 dollars for every person for there referral under me thru pay pals . because its less money then paying at full prices for the things i or you want

That's nice, but if you want to pay for referrals, you must have access to the trades section. Just look at the stickies for the instructions
