 | LoveFilm ProblemHi I have had at least 7 people that have signed up to lovefilm within the last 6 weeks contact me, Saying that they joined Lovefilm and have still not had completed on their account, But the weird thing is they never even went pending on my status? Does this happen a lot? I have advised them to contact FJ support with all the details. But just wondered if I am likely to get more, I checked their accounts and some where untracked and some tracked, So I can see no reason why this is happening. Cheers |

  | This can happen if they try to change the promotional code in the sign up page to get a longer trial. They need to have left the promotional code that is in the box to begin with as any other will not give FJ the credit
