FJ account status (processing order)


Hi, I am new to exceem and have been with freebiejeebies for about 2 months. I pressed verify on my account for the first time last week, yesterday when I checked it's now showing processing your order please be patient. I am not being impatient but I just wanted to ask if this means my account has passed verification and my free gift will be on it's way soon? I was going to send a support ticket but I know they have been busy lately so thought I would ask on here first.

Thanks, I replied earlier but it's not showing for some reason. It was a Nintendo Wii and a xbox wireless controller charge kit

Everybody I know seemed to think it was a scam until I verified my account. Once you show some friends proof I can almost guarantee they will sign up.

Hey, sorry to jump in but everyone seems to know what they are talking about. I joined a week ago and the day I joined signed up to Love movies free trial. I recieved a dvd and sent it back. However on my home page it says: you have not yet completed an offer, please complete one below.

Did anyone else have problems with this, or know how long it takes to say it is completed??

When you signed up to Lovefilm did you remove the offer code that was in the special offer box? as this seems strange to still show not completed after a week.

Hi, I had this problem so I sent in a support ticket to FJ and they sorted it out what my problem was it was untracked so maybe just ask FJ hope this helps
