| FJ Network Owner | We realise that things have been running a little more slowly recently. This is due to pretty much all of us having some personal issues at the moment. It's really bad timing as at the same time referrals and tickets have also increased by 25%. Thing should start to get back to normal soon as will has also had to take a break for a few weeks to concentrate on his degree. Apologies guys, we're still very much here and doing our absolute best.

| iPod 60gb | The thing is, when a company give consistantly excellent service, it's only natural for people to be puzzled when things drop off a bit. I could understand why you'ld say this if someone was having a go but i didn't see anything of the sort here. |

I can't believe how FJ has managed to keep standards consistently high for so long and am a big fan like most of the people here. However, if you are going to take the plaudits for exceptional response times, you are going to be hung by your own rope as soon as there is an slippage.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | No worries, I don't think anyone can be accused of being over-critical of us (certainly not in this thread) and thanks to all for your patience. I'd hate you all to think we're slacking off... there's still hours of work being put in each day, unfortunately it's just treading water at the moment - the latest backlog is mainly down to sheer volume. Around 100 accounts entered verification on 29th and 30th April alone, and I can't just race through them because we are having some fraud issues which have to be dealt with, and can be quite arduous to track down. As Rich said, we've all got stuff happening personally which has meant the extra push we need to bring things bang up to date just hasn't been possible. Some things will become a little clearer to you in the next few days, and we will get back up to date as soon as poss |
