Processing Orders


HI Everyone, I am finally on my way to my first freebie My status went form verifying to processing last night How long roughly does it take from my status going from processing to the next stage? Whatever that is? Also whilst verifying 5 of my sign-ups have had there accounts put on hold Obviously FJ think there is something dodgy with these ones, But what is the likley hood of me getting them back as greens?

There's no set time. From my experience it's usually done in two days but sometimes longer. With regards the people on hold - it all depends if they contact fj and ask why their account has gone on hold then try to sort it out. A lot of the time it's because people have blatantly broken the rules so they don't bother finding out, resulting in their account being permanently on hold.

Hi Thanks for that info. Now my order is being processed can I set up a custom order or should I wait untill I have received my gift?

Not 100% sure. Personally i would wait until my current order has been shipped as Rich and Alex have a lot of accounts to do at the moment.

You are supposed to wait until your gift has arrived, until you click the reset button so that you can order your next gift.

I can't see anything wrong with e-mailing support asking for a quote on the next customer order. That's assuming it is a gift, if you are just after cash or vouchers, you can do it yourself once the account is reset.

Does anybody know why accounts get put on hold as soon as you verify your account? Because none of mine were on hold and pretty much as soon as I verified a couple of accounts were put on hold.

When you try to verify, thats when your referrals accounts get checked. So, if they have done something wrong, that's when it gets discovered and put on hold...usually.
