 | Completing offers - IPI know that FJ check the IP when they verify all offers. But do the check IP of a person who registered on FJ or they check IP of the person who completed an offer (e.g. Homestean) for the person who reigistered on FJ? Can I complete an offer for my friend if he don't have paypal? |

| You could ask your friend to get 3 referrals and swap that for a complete offer..

| the simple way would be for him to set up a paypal account and you send him the money!!!
