iPhone 4G??

Hi has anyone here heard about the iPhone 4G? I have just read a reveiw about it and the release date is suppose to be June 2010?

Not sure if it's 100% true but would like to know if anyone else has heard anything?
Sods law it is true, I bought my iPhone 3G

and a couple of months later the 3Gs came out

I click my button on FJ wednesday for a iPhone 3Gs

and now I read they are realeasing the 4G

Sorry I did mean to say, The reason for this post is that if it is true then I will contact FJ to stop my iPhone 3Gs order as I have been told my account should be verified this weekend(fingers crossed) and I would rather wait for the 4G.

the new iphone is coming this year but it wont be until at least the beginning of July, as nothing has been announced yet.

I can wait, But as I said in the post earlier, I don't really want the 3Gs (which FJ could possibly be sorting out within the next few days) if the 4G is round the corner. It would seem a bit pointless getting the 3Gs when I could wait a couple of months and get the 4G.

Yeah exactly, just do that. I mean by the time the iPhone 4G comes out, it might be more expensive than the 3gs, so at least now you have time to get more greens for it. Just contact FJ support and tell them not to verify.

That will teach me, I was out last night and overheard someone talking about the 4G so I looked it up when I got home (probably not the best time to do it when I was a little worst for wear) So now I don't know what to do? go for the 3Gs or wait? But could I be waiting a long time

Well for the last 3 years a new iPhone has come out in June/July so you wouldn't be waiting that long.

theirs rumours the day they announce the 4g it will go on sale but i doubt it. Would definitely wait for that because of the new OS. I mite get 4g wen i renew my contract.

There is loads of speculations but nothing is confirmed yet.. Dont believe anything until apple confirms it.. Thats what I say

The thing that is easy to forget is that the release date may not be too far away (possibly), it it is highly unlikely it will be available from launch date on PAYG, and thus freebiejeebies wont be able to offer it. It was 6 months after the release until the iPhone 3Gs was available on PAYG, so that would take us at least until around December time before freebiejeebies would be able to make it available.

I wouldnt really want this 4G Phone anyway to be perfectly honest, I am working on getting a 3G and it will stay that way.

Thanks for this info, I have decide to go for the 3Gs for now and with any luck I will have enough greens by the time the 4G go's on sale as a payg. Besides I can always sell the 3Gs after 6 months or whenever, Hopefully it will still be worth a few squid then
