Does anyone agree with me that FJ should have a live chat option but only for a certain period of time as they are busy men

you basically answered your own question as they are busy people so scheduling a "live chat" wouldn't be easy.

Support tickets are far easier for us as then we get an answer to any problems and its there in our accounts any time we want to look rather than just trying to remember.

FJ answer these quick enough so I don't see what a "live chat" would be useful for. Why would you want to see this?

As I told you in another thread, it could take ages or it could take days. The mods are humans, just be patient and you'll get accepted.

What would be the point in adding a live chat feature? Support tickets are normally answered within 10 minutes anyway.

Why fix something that isn't broken?
