Returns Procedure


I got a HDTV from Amazon as a custom order. Its been playing up abit recently. The voice has gone slightly on it. Before you had the volume at 8/9 and it was okay. Now to get the same level of sound I have to turn it upto 15/16. This happened after the voice on the TV went completely, then went fuzzy, and them case back as it is now.

If the voice goes completely what would the procedure be to return it, how do I found about about warranty and who would I need to contact etc?

Most electronic products are now supported direct with the manufacturer, this is certainly the case for Sony and Samsung.

In the manual there should be a support phone number. Just give that number a ring.

I've had to replace one item from FJ in the past, as the strumming went funny on my Guitar Hero guitar.

I contacted the product manufacturer, who told me everything I needed to know. All I needed from FJ was a copy of the receipt - the manufacturer took care of the rest, and arranged collection of the dud and delivered a brand new guitar.

I haven't had any problem with the stuff I received so can't really help (though Chigley has the best resolve). All I can say, is wish you luck in fixing it!
