I know. What I meant was there are a lot of discontinued offers on their page and offers with the amount in $ format but unavailable to citizens of the US. Here's the link - USA Offers. Although I know Richard is aware of this, just with them being so busy he hasn't got around to it yet

never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever had a A&L go green ... very sad news .. woe is me....
thumbs up to no A&L (or simply allowing offer customization in which case i'm sure we'd all just take it off anyways ....)
