AA Credit Card

question for Richard or Alex

A friend of mine signed up under me today and comleted the AA Credit card offer.

They had to call him to check on some details and I am worried that this will fall under the "Applications that need to be reffered for a decision will not be credited" clause.

Will this be the case and will I have lost him as a referal. Essentially he was not reffered for a decision he just had to verify some details.

I dont think they can comment on the application process used by the AA

They can comment on their policy and whether this falls within it

What are you talking about, if I knew the solution to my query I wouldn't have asked the question would I? I don't feel the need to open a ticket as it is a simple question that could potentially be answered here by Richard or Alex if they want to.

If they request I open a ticket so be it.

I dont understand why you have decided to hijack this thread when my question was clearly aimed at Richard or Alex. I appreciate your first comment you were trying to help, but after that there is no need to continue posting, unless you have the definitive answer.
