How about this then, boys and girls...................

Would it be a good thing to be able to filter yellows by their selected gift (and yes I know they can change it), this would enable sending targetted emails a lot better..... (maybe all at once)...........

and with reference to my other thread, how about announcing the iPad in the next NEWSLETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you first filter by "non completed referrals" then export the data. You can sort the results in a spreadsheet. The good thing about doing it this way is that you can also keep track on who you have emailed (i.e. highlight the ones you've contacted).

Is there any easy way to export the list, say every week or so, so that you don't end up with duplicates in excel? I mean I'd be able to make excel filter out duplicates some way or another, but that would screw with any formatting done to entries previously exported, e.g. highlighting.
