Hello everybody,
I'm new here. I have a problem, my account is in hold but I've not breach any condition of fj. I've already contacted the support.

The first one time they tell me that my account is in hold because they want the proof that my name and my address was real. So I gave their this information (attached my identity card).

Then they ask me the screenshot of my billing info on my Intuit account so I attached the screenshot.

Then they ask me the photograph of the card used for the payment. Are they completely crazy??? I won't give them this photograph. Why they ask for all these information to me???

Other people in my same condition?? I have never read this in any forum. I'm the only one that fj don't want to pay??

I have two referral. So they ask me information and when I reply with the information requested, they ask me other information and so on. For me this is very incorrect from fj.

Someone that can help me please, I don't know what else do.

This is issue is between you and FJ not Exceem, but the best thing to do is to provide them what they ask for.

They have to protect themselves against fraudsters (an no im not saying you are) and it is beeter for them to be over cautious then just take everybodies word for who / what they are, best way to stay in business to be fair.

Ask them if it's alright to send a photo of the card you used if you hide the numbers but leave your name visable.

They ask you for that?
The wrong is because in the terms and conditions there isn't write that they can ask me for a photograph of my card but only that they can ask to me for a proof of name and address and I give their these proof. After these proof another proof and I again give their another proof.
After these another proof and so on, when they stop to ask me proof? I can't give their all the proof that they ask me because I accepted their terms and conditions so they only ask me for that information not for all the information that they want some information is too private for me and I don't want give their all these information.

But if you are (I dare say) a scammer. Meaning you have not completed the Intuit offer correctly, such as just cancelled the account after the trial is up, I think they have a right to ask for proof..
They are giving you in essence another chance. FJ do not just ask for photograph willy nilly, there is always a reason behind it.

we have already said that you can blank out any other private info, we just want to see the card showing only the last 4 digits (as shown on your screenshot that you have sent us) to make sure it's not a virtual/prepaid card

I never read from other people that. If I knew before that fj ask me for these private information for sure now I was not a fj user.

I can confirm that. I've been asked to give a screenshot of my LoveFilm account before and I just blanked out the information that was not needed, and considered 'private'. No problems..

It sort of seems like you think FJ are conning you, because if that is so, you are wrong

I basically think 'lucky' must have used a Virtual Credit Card which is against the rules and this is why he/she is reluctant/unable to provide a photo. Now they are coming on here saying it is all a scam because they broke the rules and have been caught.

However I am happy to be proved wrong.

(It happens a lot)

If I have not completed the Intuit offer correctly fj can ask to intui if my account is ok. And is ok of course because I haven't cancelled my account.

You are wrong !! If you or anyone else find in the terms and conditions the rule where fj can ask me to provide their a photo of my card I send it immediately to their.
