 |  Request for Richard / AlexHaving sent in a support ticket to freebiejeebies the other day regarding a big custom order for a Philips 47'' 1080p HD TV, I was expecting to be able to combine referrals across all of my FJ accounts, HD TV, Consoles, Apple and Gadgets. However, the response was that I could only use referrals from my Gadgets, Apple and Consoles accounts because these sites all had custom order capabilities, and that on HD TV FJ, I would need at least 12 referrals before I could use these referrals for a custom order! My request is whether FreebieJeebies could add a custom order option to HD TV Freebiejeebies, as I think this would help to get more conversions on this site, and also give users (like me) the option to get whichever TV they would like. Even if, for some reason, FJ couldnt add custom order capablilities to the HD TV site, surely a cheaper TV could be added so that users could choose a cutom order faster? e.g. 8 referrals? Would this be possible please?? |

  | I'm afraid not, we've looked at it before and we can't reduce the minimums on HDTV or PS3 - they work differently to the other sites and we don't do custom orders on either.

 | It would be very difficult for FJ to change their whole business model for the HDTV and PS3 sites without the others suffering. It is because of these sites and the way that they work that allows them to offer the payouts they do on other sites. They have said many times that these will not be changed and so we have to respect the decision.

 | On the same topic, Is it possible to transfer greens from say apple to ps3 if it enough to total up to the minimum number (11) providing you would be able to click verify on apple. Eg you have 3 greens on ps3 and 8 on apple? combine the 2 for a ps3 on ps3? thanks in advance |
