Missing Referral

Just wondering if anyone has encountered this before. I got my partner to refer her friends, and one signed up using my link, and participated in the LoveFilm Offer, but it not showing up in "My Status". My partner was on the listing within minutes of signing up for an account, but this one isn't there. I checked, and he definitely did sign up via my link and do the offer correctly.

(Note: I would of opened a support ticket on the site, but it's not working for me. The message box has gone

isnt that it on your status...Give it another 24 hours before you send in a support ticket...
And as for the troubles, try a Firefox

I think the one in his status will be from his partner.

Yes, that one is from my partner. Her friend did the same thing but his has not gone on. I'll wait till Monday and if not, I'll pop up a question for the lovely people over at FJ Support

Edit: For some reason I only use Google Chrome now. No idea why. I found it on my Computer one day and it's stuck. Time to download the wonderful FireFox!
