Home page > "freebies available" from the menu bit, > magic mouse, which goes to apple.FJ, so how I managed to mess that up I dont know haha

Intuit and homestead are international, so yes, you can do them in the UK, and they credit ususally within 48 hours, whereas there is no time limit for the LOVEFilM offer.

I think that the Intuit/Homestead one is the best to do for us freebie hunters anyway, because it means you get a site up quickly and easily that you can get referrals from, the offer you complete actually helps you get your freebie too, and you'll find that the pricing is very competetive too, so most people actaully continue with the service after the free trial.
