User on Hold

All you can do is email them and tell them they wont get their free gift unless they contact FJ support, FJ can't tell you the reasons why they were on hold, but all you can do is hope that the referral contacts them and resolves it.

The reason they get put on hold is becasue they have broken the Terms and Conditions. FJ don't tell you what they actually did to be put on hold though.
I've never had somebody on hold get taken off.

I had one guy put on hold(a friend of mine) because he didn't fully complete the offer

once they are on hold forget them. had a few on hold and they never got back to me.

Not likely, anyone that I have seen on hold has never been removed. Its especially annoying when they have completed a referral for you, then they get put on hold so you lose a green :/
