Every FJ site other than .co.uk is a person trying to refer people to FJ.co.uk. I'm not sure how you can get refferals like this, but I'll let somebody else (Amiethest) to elaborate.

Also getting other people to sign up via exceem is strictly against the rules.

Not after 5 minutes, I'm not sure many people would mind, at least your ref link isn't there.

Strictly speaking, this isn't true, as you forgot about the .us domain. The only FreebieJeebies-owned domains are:

freebiejeebies.co.uk
freebiejeebies.us

I didn't know this! I see that it acts like a mirror to the .co.uk which is excellent! Also I just thought I would mention, I don't know how you have the websites setup and whether this would be a nightmare or something simple, but on the apple.freebiejeebies.us page it shows a £50 iTunes Voucher, is there any chance it could be changed to an equivalent $ iTunes Voucher

This could help increase conversions that tiny bit extra of US signups seeing .us in the domain and seeing their own currency etc.

Cheers Charlie!

I get some greens from it, people tend to read about fj, then i suppose type my site in as a typo, then click the links and sign up under me anyway. It was the main reason i made the site, saw loads of people spelling freebiejeebies wrong.

I'll mention the £/$ adjustment to Richard.

Not many people use the .us domain at all, but it could be useful to some!

I own freebiejeebies.info not quite sure the best way to use it.... I have found a really good wordpress template which lends itself to referring to each site.... might give it a try once my current project is completed.....

How many (green) referrals would you say you get per month from your site? I've just noticed it's the top result when you type in "Freebiejeebies" on Google. That's crazy! I'm thinking about registering a domain myself now..

Not as many as you think. I'm averaging about 0.67 greens per day at the minute, and that's from freebiejeebies.org and free xbox 360 site.

In all fairness I'm surprised FJ haven't authorised a cease and desist notification to your webhost. Your site clearly breaches the copyright infringement of FJ including infringements on trademarks in both your site domain and title. You even infringe by copying the logo and using the FJ name consistently throughout your site with the same colour lettering.

You do this because you are trying to deceive visitors to your site who are clearly going to be unaware that your site is in fact not the TRUE FJ website. The idea that your website appears higher up than the REAL FJ website is enough to freak me out let alone a team of lawyers who'd chew you up. Your site is clearly aimed at deceiving visitors in to believing your site is the TRUE site, you don't even have copyright or trademark notices in the footer to state the copyrights and trademarks do not belong to you. "© 2009 Freebiejeebies" Do you own the trademark or copyright for the word "FreebieJeebies"? Do you own the company "FreebieJeebies"? No so stop trying to claim this copyright as your own.

Now you might be inclined to believe your doing FJ a favour by referring people but your really not. For every visitor that signs up through your referral believing your site to be the true FJ, it costs FJ £20 for every person that completes an offer. So cash profit made from your site to FJ is around £5. Now had your site not existed the visitor would of gone DIRECT to FJ and completed the offer there. This cash goes directly to FJ with no payout to you. So for every visitor you refer FJ are actually down near enough £20.

If you were taken to court for this which could easily happen if FJ wanted to do so, your damage liability would be huge. Whilst its unlikely FJ would want that much bad publicity it's ALWAYS in the interest to protect your assets, removing your website would push the real FJ site back to the top of Google. If I was in this position I'd be protecting the main asset 100%.

It's funny how most people here jump down the throats of newbies that come here with a new website and they've copied a paragraph or two from someone else's site and they insist they remove it straight away. Yet your clearly not a newbie and everyone seems to forget your site is in major breach of copyright. Not only that but your clearly profiting highly from somebody else's hard work (http://www.exceem.co.uk/forums/search/result-1507717/)
