problems with Fasthosts offer


I have problems with the offer Fasthosts
I have already completed the offer, but
and I have already removed 1 euro by credit card
Then I received an email saying this
"Recently you attempted to register for a hosting account, unfortunately this transaction was not completed. To complete this transaction please can you contact me on +44 1452 561 848 or alternatively send me a contact telephone number and we shall call you direct. If you cannot get through to me, please leave me a voicemail or email me & I will call you back asap."e

I think the minimum amount to spend there is like 4 pounds.

tried with firefox and explorer 7 but the result and the same
then it seems strange that I have taken only 1 € for nothing ... in the credit card

I can not contact them by phone because I can not speak English

I received confirmation from fasthotst
I managed to contact
I spent a total € 5.50 more or less, for the subscription of 3 months
ok now wait for a confirmation from freebiejeebies
