That was a long time ago!!

Mine from then (Oct) was removed as it had been so long! I fear the November pending is going the same way.

I'm gutted as I think I'll lose all 7 of them as none have gone green and my most recent was 02/02/10... so a week ago and a lot of people are saying if they don't go green in a week they may never change!

Still... fingers crossed.

bit daft isn't it? Why make it 100% certainly not a green instead of perhaps a green? I don't really understand the ill feeling towards this offer. It only causes upset because of the high decline rate. Perhaps it would be better if we only put them on once approved but then we'd get complaints because people don't know their referrals have started an offer.

Don't be so melodramatic, people aren't complaining at you, just venting frustration that it stays pending for so long.

I have 12 that are still there from November, that is shocking on the advertisers part.

To be fair I don't think I'm the one being melodramatic. I'm going to ask for them to be removed because they're pending is totally ridiculous.

I agree they could revoke them faster but basically it's as I said, approvals are relatively quick so I genuinely dont know if it's better to only show the approved ones.

Whilst I understand the comments aren't aimed at us, advertisers do read this forum (as a recent post by one of them proved) and if they see themselves getting bad mouthed all the time then why wouldn't they just pull the offer? I would.

No, I wouldn't pull the offer if it were me, I would try and work with the people promoting it to come up with a solution. The best businesses are those who listen to and act upon constructive criticism. Surely they are big enough to cope with comments from a bunch of nerotic freebie addicts.

Hey guys, we've had a think about this because the long pending status is clearly a problem. We have looked at the past completions, and very few A&L offers end up as completed if they don't update within the first few weeks.

What we propose is that we will manually run a report once every week to 2 weeks to identify A&L offers pending for more than 45 days, and we will set those offers to 'revoked.'

This will not result in anyone losing potential greens because if any of the offers we manually revoke actually come through as completed, this update would be picked up and would over-write the revoked status.

We hope this sounds ok with everyone.

Thankyou, this sounds like a good solution.

If they are revoked can they do another offer, like LBT, and go green fine.

Sorry if we've come accross as whiney, but FJ is so good most of the time that when something not so good comes along it really grates!! I personally have issues as I've never seen 1 go green (out of 9) which seems a bit ridiculous! If the conditions are that hard to complete then it's not worth it!

Anyway I hope the new solution works.

oh no dont take it personally i was just saying like furbs said.. its one of them offers that are a pain in the arsenal. and whenever i see one go pending, im like well thats another long term pending. so to me i dont count the a&l's anymore, not like we do with lovefilm and others..

i wasnt getting at you guys lol just the offer

Just had my 2nd A&L drop off the bottom of the list.

Got worried at first when I saw my satus as I though my Lovefilm pending had been revoked... then realsied it was my Nov 09 A&L.
