The way I thought it worked was that there are frequent updates when offers become completed. After 2 months then i guess people who are pending aren't going to actually complete the offer, so it will be declined.

After all, 2 months is plenty time if you are really wanting to open a bank account.

Yea i understand that... but what if A&L haven't confirmed the opening of a bank account? I'm pretty sure at least one of the 2 have fully completed but I don't think theres been an A&L update for Prem21 yet??!

I'm guessing but I'd say that the referrals would have to contact FJ with proof of the completion and then hopefully something could be done.

it's unusual for that to happen but it's possible it was set to completed by mistake. Raise a support ticket and I'll check it for you.

Someone going green means they've completed their offer!

purple means pending (they're doing the offer at the moment)

red means signed up but havent completed an offer...

I'm still waiting for my own A&L Premier 21 offer to go green on points from the start of December. I've done everything, the account is open, it's got money in it.

My one is still pending. I'm assuming that they've not yet completed the requirements. I think for this one they had to pay in £500 per month or incur fees, so I'm not sure if the requirement to complete is that they have to pay in £500 at least once or something. Or maybe they've just not opened an account.

dont get me started on A&L. i have about 8 of them all pending from a while ago. some new ones too. its one offer i wish wasnt there as i am pretty certain all will not go green...

I've got 20 to 30 old A&L pendings. Quite a few have gone through, so as frustrating as it is, a pending is better than a yellow I guess.
