| Romper Stomper | Support Tickets : Problem maybe ?I have raised a support ticket for a custom order but had nothing back through my email about it, this is usually an automated response saying 'Yeah, we got your ticket bla bla bla...' IIRC... So I went back into the support tab/ my queries and requested that they send me a list of all support tickets that I have running and still nothing. Could someone please just go to their control panel and hit Support. Then go to My Queries Then put their email address in and leave the Ticket ID box blank and submit it. This should send you an email with any tickets you have with FJ. I've been through this twice and nothing. I realise that FJ have a new year holiday as well as me and I am quite happy to wait as long as it takes but automated messages don't rest :P I'm just worried that the system is down or something and my order will be lost I guess. Yes, I may worry too much :P Thanks for anybodies help

| Free The Gadgets | Same happened me before: http://www.exceem.co.uk/forums/freeb...t-problem.html I left it a day and tried again, then the both of them showed up so had two support tickets the same! Seems to be a bit of a glitch! |

I already know what custom gift I want and have already raised a ticket so I have no need to search for what I need. Decisions Decisions... Has the ticket got lost in a bit of a glitch, maybe the system fell over and dropped my ticket in the snow. Do I open another :S

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hey Cruelworld, support is now completely up to date so if you haven't received a reply to your support ticket, we haven't received it. I'm not sure if there is a problem with the automated replies (occasionally these don't send for some unknown reason, but it seems to only be blips). We have been receiving a steady flow of support tickets so there doesn't seem to be a problem for most... if you haven't had a reply, could you send it again and PM me when you have done it so I can check for receipt? Cheers |
